How a street gets replaced

1. 1. Sample. We mail a free powder-coat kit so the board picks a finish before the vote.
2. 2. Match or reset. Keep the current silhouette or specify a new community standard. Street signs in the same coat.
3. 3. Takeoff. Count, duplex vs single, street signs, and haul-off.
4. 4. Install. Old posts come out the same day the new ones go in. One invoice.
